Fabrics are stored for sampling and consists of pre-shrunk fabric around 50 m. For a bulk production to take place sampling is a must process. Fabric samples are maintained and stored in a well-organized & well equipped inventory system. The main responsibility of this department is to store all the raw material necessary to produce garments.
For pattern making process a hard paper called as Pattern is used to make each individual component style of garment or apparel. Pattern basically serves as a template from which the parts of a garment are traced onto fabric before it is being cut out and assembled.
Spreading and cutting
Piles of fabric of specific length when spread as per a specific length and width wise according to the garment marker measurement is known as Spreading. After the process of spreading Fabric Cutting process is carried out in which cut outs of the pattern pieces from specific fabric for making garments are cut.

Before initiating complete production of the garment an initial check is done by quality controller when 20% work has been completed. A preliminary inspection ensures the quality of your product will be consistent throughout production.
Garments are washed to check for shrinkage and to remove dirt, dust, etc. from garments.
The made garment is given a finishing touch to convert it into a usable material, to improve the look, performance and feel of the clothing.
